Initiate and teach communication, illness and medication education, anger management and coping skills with the main focus being positive reinforcement and rewarding positive behaviors in a safe environment.
Primary Care of Adults and Adolescents for 15 years in a behavioral health setting. Effectively directs and supervises clinical and non clinical staff.
Performs Comprehensive Assessment/Evaluations for Crisis Stabilization in order to assist patients/families with follow up programs, include them in the treatment planning/discharge process, introduce community resources in order to develop positive decision making skills for more responsible behaviors.
