Performs accurate physical, mental, emotional and spiritual assessment skills, demonstrate knowledge and support of psychotherapeutic based treatment and collaborative problem solving and utilize this knowledge in patient care and the unit milieu.

Nursing Preceptor - Trains new nurses to the unit and facility policies,

procedures, and in developing unit specific training. Uses verbal de-escalation techniques, positive management skills as tools for maintaining safety.
