Greeting Veterans, Veterans family members, Employees, Contractors and any other Service or official that enters the VA hospital. Providing information, locations, resources, transport and escorting to anyone in need. Escorting and providing information for government officials administration in all services including deliveries new contract for business and all services of every kind to provide the best customer service care to our veterans families and communities. I also help to provide extended Assistance for the Nurses, Doctors,Cold blue team,VA police, Social work, Mental health, and also Volunteer services. Helping to Assist all medical departments in the facility. I'm currently working under supervision of our Directors office, and Supervisor for our Customer service team.

• Collected biological specimens and packaged for laboratory transport to complete diagnostic tests.
• Communicated with patients to determine feelings, need for assistance or social and emotional support.
• Assisted patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, vital signs and documentation of ADLs feeding patients,transporting patients to various areas in the hospital for diagnostic testing scans MRIS and surgical procedures. Sitting one to one with patients 8 to 16 hours for suicidal ideation on homicidal behavior. Also assisting drivers with transport to mental health facilities dialysis and other areas for medical treatment as a transport aide.
