• Leadership Newark / fellow Junior, 01/01/20, 03/03/20, 494 Street, Newark, NJ, We talk about Newark Future and how we can make things better., We created version boards and did other activities but because of coronavirus, we weren't able to end the program., We used to meet weekly every Tuesday for 2 hours.
• Leadership Scholar/Fellow Nasher, 03/01/20, 05/01/20, 31 Mulberry Street, Newark, NJ, 07102, We used to meet every Tuesday after school for 2 hours., In this program, I experienced knowledge about college and how to be prepared and ready when applying for college., This program helps me understand the different types of college and how to get ready ahead of time.
• Breakfast Club, 10/01/19, 03/01/20, 125 Sussex Ave, Newark, NJ, 07103, Needed to be at school before school started. It was open for one hour and a half., Serve breakfast to students and teachers who came early to school., By being in this club I was able to handle stress and work well under pressure., I learned how to be organized and how to fix my mistakes when a mess happens in the kitchen., We had different cooking stations in the kitchen so no one had a title, everyone went to different stations every two weeks.
• Dream Team/Dreamer, 09/01/18, 12/31/19, Came up with different ideas for fun school days., Meet every Tuesday.
