- Consulting for various companies through STS Services.
- Experience with Coil tubing drills outs and stick pipe drill outs on horizontals Wolfcamps and Sprayberry.
- Running ESPs on horizontals, putting well on pump both vertical and horizontal, wellwork on vertical wells, horizontal wells, and SWD’s.
- Also have been in FRAC van for Vertical fracs on Wolfberry and Wolfcamp A and Sprayberry Horizontal FRACs.
- Contracted to Grenadier Energy Partners where we built the field from the ground up, including battery construction, pipeline, and PWOP.
- Contracted as Production Foreman for TrailRidge Energy Partners/Three Summits Operating from May 2015 till October 2018 where we completed wells in the Ellenberger, Mississipian, and Strawn formations.
- Also handled construction of batteries and gas gathering system, along with daily production reports.
- Built 2 SWD’s for Hibernia Resources and 2 Horizontal Batteries for MDC in the Pecos Area.
- Most recent build was two Vertical Batteries for Comal Operating in the Kermit Area in July 2024.

- Responsible for getting BreitBurn started in the Permian Basin.
- Oversaw operations and building the company from 38 wells to 362 wells.
- Responsible for the hiring of all employees in Midland that included 12 lease operators, 2 fluid techs, 2 assistant foreman’s, 1 Sr. Production Foreman, 3 office assistants, 1 Well Site Supervisor Foreman and 5 Workover Rig consultants.
- In charge of all day-to-day activities in the Permian Basin.
- Overseeing production, monitoring money spent on LOE, WSE and Capital spend and accruing for each at the end of every month.
- Working closely with Production Engineers on daily rig activity and production increases or shortfalls.
- Worked closely with Completions Engineer’s on the development of the Vertical frac design and helped with a 4” water infrastructure to be able to carry water for over 100 fracs in Martin and Howard County.
- Helped develop and implement a plan for Horizontal Drilling infrastructure inside of Howard County.
- Overseeing the building of 4 major frac pits, able to hold 1MM bbls. of water on surface.
- Developing path and right-of-way for an 8” trunk line extending 10 miles from South Knott to North Knott, connecting all major frac pits in the area.
- Helped set up vendors through the Master Work Agreement process and made sure prices were in line with activity in the Permian Basin.
- Very prudent spender of BreitBurn’s money.
- Worked closely with the Operations Manager and VP of Permian to outline LOE, Workover and Capital expenditures for fiscal years.
- Work closely with Landowners on clearing right-of-way, concerns with their land, and Interest check questions.
