- I also have to pay attention to labor productivity to determine if any cuts need to be made and make them

- I have to ensure that the bars stay clean at all times, and floors stay swept
- I have to make sure all the servers do their side work and check it to ensure it was done properly
- I am the closing manager, I'm responsible for counting the safe down, and the drawers to ensure the money is right
- I collect the deposit for the day and bag it up
- I do the DCR report, the DOS report, and the Labor report, and email them to the proper people
- I then go and help my team with whatever they need
- I do one last walk through to ensure all doors are locked, and alarms set
- I always go where I'm needed throughout my shift
