With my past experience in the childcare industry I have a proven track record of successfully enhancing early childhood education through the work I have done in the classroom as well as running my own childcare business. I have an extensive childcare work history. I feel I am very knowledgeable with the state of Maine Childcare License protocols, but also willing to learn when necessary. I am willing to work as a team player & learn through the current staff & the childcare board, when needed. I have successfully managed and grew two small licensed childcare facilities. I can demonstrate exceptional communication skills and be a positive role model, fostering a nurturing environment for both children and staff. I am highly attentive & detail orientated, with a strong work ethic.
