- Performed advanced CT preventive and corrective maintenance, including tube changes, detector card replacements, IRS repairs, Syngo software updates, and CT cooler repairs.
- Created and implemented a 'Scanner Down Time Scenario' protocol for the CT Department, enabling continued scanner use during network outages.
- Provided networking support (IP configurations, AE Titles, MAC addresses, Modality Worklists, DICOM destinations) to maintain optimal image routing and communication for MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine, and Radiation Oncology.
- Supported Nuclear Medicine and PET departments with equipment calibration, maintenance, and safety compliance.
- Conducted major and minor MRI system repairs, including coil replacements, patient handling tables, cold heads, and TX boxes.
- Performed helium fills, system upgrades, and coil quality control procedures to ensure operational safety and accuracy.
- Maintained inventory, coordinated shipping/receiving of parts, and ensured timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Initiated maintenance responsibilities for Radiation Oncology CT scanners, including routine checks and vendor coordination.
