Leader and technical manager with over 20 years of active-duty Navy experience and 3 years of Government experience and 5 years of gov contractor in the operating, maintaining, repairing, testing and aligning complex electronic and mechanical U.S. Navy weapons system RAM, NSSMS, SPY6 RADARS, communication systems and integrated networks. Program management skillset includes scheduling and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance, planning and developing training and certifications, system integration and testing. Core competencies and skills experience include risk assessment and mitigation, working knowledge of various contract types, reviewing operational aspects and status of projects and schedules. Functioned as liaison between project management, project planning, project team, and support staff during Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH) and new build Aircraft Carriers.

• Experienced operating, troubleshooting and repairing systems to include ships power, dry air, chilled water, cooling skids, NSSMS, RNSSMS, CIWS, RAM, MK38 25MM, AN/WSN-7, SSDS, SPS-48E/G, SPS-49, MK23 TAS, SPQ-9B, SPS-67, SPN-41, SPN-46, SPN-43, SPN-73, HYDRA and Interior Coms.
• 3MA: Responsible for scheduled and unscheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on Combat Systems equipment to include communications, RADARS, weapons, networking, cryptologic and support equipment.
