Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement master schedules in conjunction with Project Manager.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, consultants and vendors to ensure timely delivery avoiding critical path delays.
• Process RFI’s with Architect and catalog in As-built set of contract documents.
• Communicate with project team regarding ASI’s, RFI’s, submittals and material lead times from commencement through completion.
• Identify areas of work outside of contract scope.
• Ensure subordinate personnel receive progressive training to enable them to assume additional responsibilities.
• Strict adherence to federal security ethics and compliance requirements at all times.
• Coordinate weekly Foreman meetings designed to collaborate on eight week look ahead schedules and documenting new and pending issues in meeting minutes.

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Document subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health and environmental quality standards.
• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
• Evaluate and communicate any installation conflicts and/or deviations which may incur cost impacts.
• Developed and implemented safety protocols, enhancing workplace compliance.
• Established best practices for field operations, resulting in streamlined workflows.

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Ensure that all daily field activities are approved from required Building inspections, special inspections and associated testing in accordance with approved plans, deferred submittals and project specifications.
• Plan and implement procedures to ensure construction operations continuously adhere to engineering designs, specifications, quality standards, schedules and budget.
• Lead project inspections, startup, commissioning, turnover and training process required for acceptance and handover of all systems.

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Track and inspect all MEFF related installation activities to ensure conformance with project schedule and compliance with project specifications.
• Review trade coordination drawings, assess constructibility and determine the most efficient installation sequence and methods.
• Schedule, organize and sequence MEPF trades through direct interaction with the various field supervisory personnel.
• Keep detailed daily records of MEPF subcontractors work progress.
