• Built frames, gantry systems, seating fixtures, build palettes, specialty machines, conveyor lines, various fixtures to hold shafts or parts
• Ran Bridgeport for opening holes, sliding holes, cutting angles, cutting depth, machining for clearance
• Update and modify prints to match detail, also worked with blueprints from scratch
• Worked alongside engineers to correct any issues in the field
• MIG welding, some TIG welding on thin stainless steel from patents
• Running 110v electrical wires to panels and labeling them
• Handled any plumbing or air lines that needed to be run to hydraulic cylinders
• Built jobs from print ensuring deadlines were met
• Handle any customer concerns or issues for machining problems
• Locate parts and adjust or modify to fit spec
• Shipping and receiving
• Drill and tap holes for mounting of parts
• Grinding and painting of frames
