Highly motivated and team-oriented health care professional. With twelve years of experience in health care, eleven years working in a Emergency Department setting. Currently a Clinical Nurse at Beaumont Royal Oak Hospital, in the Emergency Center. I am also contigent at Ascension Providence Rochester as a ER nurse. Royal Oak remains one of the busiest emergency centers in the country and the busiest in the state. Currently accredited BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC nurse. Motivated by providing superior interpersonal patient care while acquiring the highest level of skill and experience. Working towards achieving an entry-level leadership role within a dynamic healthcare organization with multifaceted avenues that propel leadership to achieve positive change in the healthcare setting. While entering the healthcare industry at the age of 19 in an entry-level position, I am an individual who values the various roles throughout a healthcare system that are crucial for a hospital to deliver patient-centered care. Having worked in two high volume trauma centers and one community-based hospital, I have observed and educated myself on different leadership approaches throughout eleven years of emergency department experience. Eleven years of providing high-quality patient care that integrates compassion and best practice. Currently setting a goal within the next year to enroll in a MBA/MHSA program to continue to grow my skills and knowledge, while pursuing being a leader in the future of healthcare.
