  • Led effort (developed the initial concept) to modernize the 505 TRS scenario taking instruction from the post-cold war era into the modern pacing challenge faced by today's warfighter.

  • Qualified on 28 individual lessons across 3 programs of instruction providing detailed doctrinal and procedural level instruction to US and Allied service members and Government Civilians on efficient and effective C2 of air, space and cyberspace combat assets.
  • AOCIQT subject matter expert (SME) on electromagnetic warfare (EW), non-kinetic operations (NKO), and strike aircraft execution of dynamic targeting (DT) with the most recent strike aircraft combat of any 505 TRS instructor. Co-authored Influence Operations (IO) / NKO lesson provided to over 1800 students annually and multiple combat operations lessons.
  • Lauded by supervisor as “go-to instructor” for new and challenging tasks. Hand selected to represent 505 Command and Control Wing at multiple Air Combat Command Data-2-Decision events providing AOC COD/DT SME in development of new tactics, techniques, and procedures taking C2 into year 2030 and beyond. Chosen to represent 505 TRS during Multi-Domain Command and Control (MDC2) discussion with Air University students and staff.

Fighter Wing Electronic Warfare Officer / F-15E Weapon Systems Officer

  • Developed a robust curriculum and expertly instructed electronic warfare (EW) doctrine, principles and systems to fixed and rotary winged combat aviators enhancing critical skills required to plan and execute numerous mission sets (Air Interdiction, Combat Search and Rescue, Defensive/Offensive Counter Air, Escort, Joint Task Force & Special Operations Forces Integration).
  • Managed multi-million dollar Mission Training Center (simulator) program ensuring multiple contractors provide required service in order to support Fighter Wing's combat objectives and training plan. Supervised multiple Project Officer / Quality Assurance Representatives and worked directly with headquarters and system program office (SPO) on future missions and capabilities of simulator training systems.
  • Live Virtual Construction SME on all facets of virtual training for F-35 Program Integration Office. Represented US Air Forces in Europe (USAFE) at United Kingdom Database Working Group for F-35 simulations with Lockheed Martin.
  • Previously qualified conventional and nuclear strike Weapon Systems Officer / Electronic Warfare Officer for F-15E Strike Eagle. Proficient in mission planning, operation and employment of numerous air-ground and air-air munitions.
  • Graduate of Electronic Warfare Coordinators Course and recognized EW SME within USAFE. On-call member to provide operational contingency Command and Control (C2) support to Electronic Warfare Coordination Cell / Non-Kinetic Operation Coordination Cell within 603rd AOC, Ramstein AB, Germany.
  • Used qualitative and quantitative methods to direct re-programming of on-board electronic warfare (EW) systems for 100+ combat aircraft at both home station and deployed locations.
