As a Contract Utilities Inspector, I ensured proper installation of capital projects sanitary sewer pipe lines; worked closely with the city utilities engineers, contractors and field personnel on contract specification, activity scheduling, documentation, public relations, site safety and problem resolution.

As a carpenter foreman I specialized in constructing a new waste water treatment facility. I was successfully responsible for accurate placement of concrete structures and specified equipment; communication and coordination with superintendents, interpretation design drawings, revisions and specifications, field verification and assembly of onsite equipment, as built documentation, labor coordination and activity management.

As a Commercial Concrete Project Manager, I controlled multiple projects with budgets ranging from fifty thousand to two million; handling all aspects of the construction process from estimating, bidding, contract preparation, RFI, submittals, scheduling, safety, subcontractor procurement and coordination, employee management, documentation, budget preparation and control, change orders, quality control, project close-out.

I completed my first concrete pour at the age of 14, working in the family business. After my service in the Marines I continued my experience building condominiums in California with my residential career culminating as a business owner; bidding and completing residential construction projects in eastern Oklahoma. .
