I am a GC who owns and operates Full Service Construction Maintenance Inc in Ca. I personally have overseen 30 employees on 5 separate locations. I work on residential and commercial projects. I am in the logistics process of developing 4 residential custom homes. Commercially, I was a sub contractor for Hot Shocks LLC in Fl. For Hot Shocks I served approximately 100 Walmarts in 6 states along with numerous other commercial locations. I mostly problem solved issues and repaired as needed. I had to learn many operating systems to solve the issues.
