- Experience working with a lean team in the Land Administration Department that was responsible for maintaining all land related tasks covering over 13,000 non-op wells across the US.
- Spearheaded Accounting project and successfully obtained over $11 million dollars in Revenue for wells previously not on-pay with Operators. Provided all relevant title and documentation to Operators to accomplish goal.
- Responsible for reviewing all incoming Well Proposals, covering TX, OH, OK, CO, ND and AR. Provided pertinent information regarding our interest in each proposal to Evaluation team for review and communicated effectively with Operators regarding our interest and election.
- Familiarized myself with multiple State statutes and Oil & Gas Commission's.
- Maintained all deadlines that pertained to elections, pre-payments and cash-calls. Coordinated with Operator and Internal Accounting team to make sure deadlines were met.
- Key personnel for all TIK and Owner Relations requests. Gathered all curative and other important documents for review to successfully process transfers, suspend, release, Void and Reissue/Suspend checks for Royalty Owners and create new Division Orders when necessary.

- Responsible for reviewing our interest, leasehold and terms covered under all JOA's, DPU's, DSU's, Releases and Amendments for VP Execution.
- Quick to learn four new software's that were used on a daily basis for reporting (Jarvis, Trailhead, W Energy and LandVantage).
- Collaborated with Accounting team and set up all JIB and Revenue Decks within the internal system for newly acquired interests or for revised JIB/Revenue Statements received from Operator.
