I am a driven, self-directed high school student willing to work hard and/or play hard. I'm curious and have a passion for learning, and I love being outdoors and working with kids. I have strong organizational skills thanks to time in various extracurricular activities and I work well under stress.     Farming Experience

  • My mom owned a small farm in Troutdale, OR from 2015-2021 where I assisted with gardening, taking care of animals (goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, guineafowl, rabbits) and selling products at our local farmer's markets
  • We currently own chickens, ducks, and rabbits, which I also help care for
  • I have basic skills in caring for plants, including planting, replanting, weeding, watering, etc

    • Ecology

  • I've done ecological volunteering over the years, including collecting data for Alaska BioBlitz 2022 and 2023, counting frog eggs, and local cleanup projects
  • I have substantial knowledge about local ecology thanks to a place-based education, a biologist dad, and a passion for the subject, and I'm excited to learn more!

    • Childcare

  • I worked with kids at the Folk School, have done a few unpaid babysitting gigs since ~2023, and I love to be around them

    • Arts and Crafts

  • I have a passion for art, have won local and state awards for my paintings and also have experience in pottery, sculpture, printmaking, and fiber arts
