Responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum that promotes academic achievement, life skills, and cultural enrichment among at-risk youth within a 21st Century Community Learning Center setting. This role involves coordinating engaging before/after-school and summer programs, using a blend of educational and recreational activities to create a structured, safe, and inclusive environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Curriculum Implementation & Program Design: Develops and executes dynamic lesson plans and activities that address the unique needs of diverse youth populations, fostering personal growth and academic success.
• Collaborative Engagement: Works closely with educators, parents, community partners, and agency staff to assess needs, enhance program offerings, and drive continuous improvement.
• Data-Driven Evaluation: Utilizes measurable benchmarks to track youth progress and compiles data for detailed reporting and program evaluation.
• Community Outreach & Recruitment: Supports recruitment efforts through the creation of promotional materials and community presentations, ensuring program visibility and enrollment growth.
• Bilingual Communication: Leverages language skills to effectively engage with Arab communities, enhancing accessibility and inclusivity.

Assists with daily pharmacy operations to ensure accurate medication dispensing and optimal patient care. Key responsibilities include:

• Customer Service: Answered incoming phone calls and addressed questions from customers and healthcare providers.
• Workflow Enhancement: Supported pharmacists by assisting with medication dispensing, labeling, and packaging.
• Confidentiality & Compliance: Upheld patient confidentiality by strictly adhering to HIPAA regulations during all transactions.
