  • Perform the Prior Testing History (PTH) Background Drug & Alcohol check Verification for Managed FAA, FMCSA and FTA companies that are required through the FAA Regulations and the company Drug Plan Program
  • Generate the Random Incomplete Summary in the DrugPak database system for each QTR by month to follow up on the pending Drug & Alcohol Testing for each company FAA, FMCSA, FTA and DFWP Random Selection so that they can be in compliance
  • Generate the Drug & Alcohol testing record Reports in the DrugPak database for FAA companies that we managed which I sent to the companies with the attachments by email for their review of any errors/corrections in any event of an audit by the FAA
  • Generate the Drug & Alcohol testing record Reports in DrugPak database for all FAA Companies that is selected to do a MIS Report by the FAA that we managed which I send to the companies with the attachments by email for their review of any errors/corrections
  • Generate the Training Certificates for FAA, FMCSA and FTA for the Drug Program Manager Training and Supervisor Training and the Annual Supervisory Training for the companies that attended, which is mailed out to the companies
  • Back up Drug Screen & Breath Alcohol Technician for the Drug & Alcohol Collections Department
  • I also go onsite to companies that needs onsite Drug Screen and Breath Alcohol testing of their employees when needed
  • Set up collections site locations for companies that need Drug & Alcohol testing and for their employees on the Quest Diagnostics website database and also Drug and Alcohol contract for the companies that we managed as the Third-Party Administrator
  • Generate and run the Random selected Pool list for employees that are DOT and NON-DOT that are employed in FAA, FMCSA, FTA and DFWP managed companies quarterly and monthly for drug and alcohol screening to meet their testing rate for the calendar year and to be in compliance, using DrugPak a random-selection software that is required for companies by the FAA, FMCSA, FTA and DFWP regulations.
