Executive Search Consultant in the Financial Services CoE responsible for the following:

• Executing full cycle, “seed to nut”, retained C-suite search engagements (about 5 active searches at any given time), including role scoping, market mapping, candidate identification, candidate outreach, candidate screening, assessment, presentation, and offer negotiation
• Conduct candidate evaluation, including in-depth behavioral interviews, leadership assessment, cultural fit analysis, and preparation of detailed candidate reports
• Manage search logistics and communication, including scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating stakeholder calendars, and providing regular, structured client updates on progress and market feedback
• Work closely with Partners to drive business development within a retained model, cultivating long-term client relationships within the private equity space, identifying new mandates, and contributing to proposal and pitch efforts

Senior research analyst in the Technology team responsible for all the duties of a Market Analyst, but with a higher search capacity (12-15 searches at any given time).

• Apprentice recruiter; this level was a preparation to become a full-time recruiter. I was recruiting on at least one search at any given time, along with all performing all market analyst responsibilities.
• Managed two market analyst interns during the summer ’24 internship program

Research analyst in the Technology team responsible for the following:

• Sourcing candidates using various research methods including, but not limited to, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, internal databases, and Google
• Market mapping: Using resources such as Pitchbook, Google, and internal archives to create robust documents outlining companies that provide the potential candidates that align best with our client’s needs
• Ensure that our internal database, Thrive, remains consistent with where we sit in the search
• Building job descriptions, top candidate criteria documents, and candidate scorecards
• Creating search update reports along with applicable deliverables for client status update meetings
• Attending search update meetings (internal and external) and delivering summaries of each call to forward to the search team and client
• Sourcing and acquiring backchannel references
• Average search capacity = 10 to 12 searches at any given time

• Gathered customer insights through direct outreach to improve marketing strategy.
