Maintain accurate records, assist patients with activities of daily life such as bathing, eating, work as part of a team to ensure that patients receive the appropriate levels of care, spend time with patients and perform activities with them, take vitals, transfer patients from bed to bedside chair, wheelchair, accompany patients to appointments outside of the hospital setting, comfort patients through the death process.
