• Perform initial client assessment and analysis to begin research process.
• Implement marketing strategies which results in the growth of   the intended customer base.
• Work directly with senior management including marketing, laboratory verification (organic production, organic quality control and shipping assembly) in order to achieve a final result for a new product.
• Responsible of creative design (with  a scientific background) for a  sales-worthy product either internally synthesized, or products from deciphering  complex EPA, ASTM and other emerging world-wide methodologies.
• Attend conferences in order to learn, interact and bring knowledge to the company (including instructional power-point presentations for international distributors.)

• Responded to customer requests via telephone and email.
• Obtained documents, clearances, certificates and approvals from local, state and federal agencies.
• Developed new process for employee evaluation which resulted in marked performance improvements (training work instructions which are still utilized to this date.)
