Accomplishments

I started training new hires and students when I was only working as a phlebotomist for about 2 years. This meant a lot knowing that my boss trusted me to educate phlebotomist just coming in or some just to watch what I am doing, since not many get chosen to do so.

I was also chosen to be the Labs Safety Coach. This involved meetings every month talking about any concerns we had or incidents that have happened in the last month and how they could've been prevented.
