Shelby Massie

Roosters is a high volume restaurant where servers are often given large sections of five to ten tables at a time, usually including large party tables. Roosters greatly helped me to develop my multi-tasking, and communication skills. I was able to carry large trays of food and drinks while navigating a busy dinning room. While at Roosters, I was responsible for providing guests with fantastic service with personal touch.

While working at Walmart I was responsible for addressing problems and complaints in person and via phone. I also helped customers select products that best fit their personal needs, and educated them on products and service offerings.
