I've worked in quite a few different fields that allowed me the opportunity to gain plenty of new skills with experience. I'm a fast learner and I'm not afraid to ask questions so I can better understand how an establishment runs and what my job duties are inside of it. I consider myself extremely team oriented, but I can also work alone if need be. I'm always trying to think of better ways to do things to try to find the most efficient processes. I've worked in environments where I had to be a leader and also had to be under someone's direction and enjoyed both. I do have ambitions to eventually become a leader of some sort. To seek and maintain a full-time position that offers professional challenges, utilizing interpersonal skills, excellent time management and problem-solving skills. I'm eager to find a company that I can grow with and to give me a chance to prove myself.

- I am a trainer for new employees that enter my department
- I have helped stream line processes to run more efficiently
- My team and I are in charge of 7 different ques and triages that we manage
- I handle at least 4-5 of them personally every day
- When we are running without the full team is when I'm able to step and be a leader
- I'm able to prioritize which projects need focused on and I'm able to direct others in a time of frenzy and chaos.

- I was able to learn and understand how insurance companies function
- I was also better able to understand our patient's needs when it came to their insurance and navigate them quickly
- In this position however, I also learned what a leader shouldn't be doing and how not to interact with your employees
- This position helped me understand what I'm looking for in my employment and I would like to find a company I can be proud of
- My responsibilities here really focused around adjudicating prescriptions and communicating with insurance companies as well as doctors and nurses.

- As the title suggests I was a shift lead for an 8 hour shift at this establishment
- My duties included running the store during the morning shift
- I was responsible for going through our check lists and making sure everything was done before the employees came in and making sure they had what they needed to run smoothly
- I enjoyed being able to interact with my employees as well as interacting with customers
- This was a very high pace environment which I didn't mind at all
- I was also responsible for the profits at the end of the shift, taking them down to the safe, filing them, and setting up the beginning of the next shift.

- This pharmacy is where I gained most of my experience as a pharmacy technician and where I acquired my technician license
- The only duty I wasn't responsible for was checking the medications which goes to the pharmacist
- After 6 months of working there, I had moved up in ranking of responsibility to where I was the tech just under our "head technician"
- I always had something to do and really enjoyed this job
- While it was hectic and we were always understaffed, I didn't mind stepping up to the plate and going above and beyond for my pharmacists
- There were multiple times where I would stay after close to catch us up for the opening shift so they could start on a clean slate
- I also miss the patient interaction quite a bit.
