Learning curve improved over 30% in drilling, 50% in frac stages per day, decreased snubbing days by 40% over 1 year. Improvements achieved by establishing fundamental and fit for purpose well planning processes and visible accountability.

Responsible for procurement, negotiations, terms and conditions, tactical and strategic handling of 30+ contracts.

Led team to prioritize focus areas including simplification of programs, developing basis of designs for each well type, recommended practices for well construction, major unplanned events reduction, development of risk assessments and mitigation plans.
