While being a pack associate I was assigned chasing, which is making sure that that cages or carts that have priorities in them for a certain hour get packed out first. While being able to multi task and stay on top of long dwelling spoos as to not have any misses for the nights I was put on chasing. I was able to make sure that they were focused on first Leading to having a no miss night for our team. 

While being an ambassador I had the opportunity to lead the team for the night as my PA was not on shift that night and My AM was chasing that night. I stayed on top of putting my team in spots that they excell at, as well as long dwelling items and helping when it was needed. which led our team to have a 15464 TPH with 0 misses and 0 safety incidents with the highest pack rate of 82 in pack singles. 

Learning opportunity's while PG 

One night while PG on a wensday we had both FHN (front half nights) and BHN (back half nights) working when pack time came (pack time is the fifteen minute window we have to get all of the priorities packed and slammed)  we had 15 misses from items that could not be put on the conveyer, that were sitting at the end of our pack lines. After that I came up with a plan to began splitting the items with an associate from BOD and the kickout operator to prevent having any more misses for the night.
