My motto is a day that I do not learn something new, was a day wasted.
I have been with my current employer since 2020. The company has recently downsized by more than half of its employees, brought about when our parent company (Dyaco), allowed Sole Treadmills to branch off and become its own entity. As a result of this split, our call volume in the service department is less than a quarter of what it was this time last year.
When I began at Spirit Fitness Manufacturing, I had never repaired a piece of fitness equipment before. Four years later ( fast forwarding to the present). I currently have the most and best reviews on the service department (see links). This is because I am always eager to learn new things. This is why I enjoy working with various computers and digital devices because of the constantly evolving technology.
I have certifications in Java, SQL, Microsoft Office, and Hilton Management.
I am currently finishing up BA in computer science/Cybersecurity, and studying for Comp Tia ++ certification.

Recently widowed, I am hoping to find some type of remote position (preferably customer service, or data entry. However will I will be grateful for any opportunity). I have 30+ years Customer Service experience, and I've recently learned that I'm also quite mechanically inclined.
My life's dream is to open a business repairing brown devices, upgrading O.S, building customized towers, designed specifically for the primary function of the user or business. From the simplest broken screens and charger ports, to upgrades, ensuring the final result.
