Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping of goods.
SAP System Management: Manage and optimize SAP Warehouse Management (WM) modules to ensure efficient and accurate warehouse processes.
Inventory Control: Ensure proper inventory management practices using SAP to track stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and maintain optimal stock levels.
Logistics Coordination: Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of goods, minimize transportation costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Stock Management: Oversee stock inventory in the ERP system, ensuring proper records, and timely updates.
Dispatch Operations: Manage dispatch activities to ensure efficient packing, shipping, and delivery.
Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks and manage schedules for monthly inventories.
ERP System Maintenance: Ensure accurate stock levels, data entry, and MSL (Minimum Stock Level) maintenance through the ERP system.

Team Supervision: Supervise the stores and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations and meet daily targets.

Provide comprehensive reporting on the stocks, mix and composition, cost of ownership, utilization, and WDV.
Perform a physical inventory of the asset frequently.
Ensure that fleet replacement is optimized and manage the cost of LRF. Manage the tracking and asset management of VMD devices, Toll, and other fleet assets.
Determines, schedules, and coordinates purchase and retirement of fleet vehicles and equipment.
Effectively communicate operational strategies and changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and compliance.
Oversee activities about the repair preventive maintenance and replacement of the fleet to reduce the fleet idle time.

Sourcing and Procurement: Oversee the selection and management of suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize excess stock while ensuring products are readily available to meet demand.
Demand Forecasting: Analyze market trends and historical data to forecast demand accurately, enabling effective production and inventory planning.
Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, collaborating to improve processes, quality, and overall supply chain performance.
Change Management: Support the transformation rollout across various supply chain categories in coordination with business and related stakeholders.

Manage all logistics-related service contracts, and ensure all contract items are well-reviewed, signed & executed

Effectively manage, maintain, and develop Saudi suppliers to complete the tasks on time, including negotiation, selection, signing, and other works

Manage logistics price begin with Logistics vendors to get a good price to ensure logistics cost is controlled at a good level, contributing to project revenue

Plan and manage Saudi transportation capacity, secure the efficiency and quality of logistics and distribution, and improve customer experience

Assist in reviewing project contract documents for Saudi/ Middle East business, provide logistics items/terms evaluation input & risk assessment to secure effective & safe logistics operation

Discuss bidding strategies with the business team based on the company's products overseas layout, and project site conditions, formulate logistics solutions and budgets, and support the company's order acquisition and business development

Recommend improvements to departmental policy and support in implementing procedures and controls

Ensure efficient inventory procurement, delivery, and shipping confirmations and manage inventory balances

Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct quantity of items is available in stock when required

Assist the managers in Inventory / Supply Chain Management according to Maintain adequate levels of inventories to meet daily distribution demands while minimizing excess supply using WMS (Warehouse Management System)

Assist in developing and implementing improvements to existing operational procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize operational costs
