My experience has allowed me to work with the mentally challenged. Currently, I daily provide medications to individuals in a group home setting. I supervise and all male facility making sure that daily duties are taken care of in the home. I make sure that meals are prepared by the staff assigned and that things are carried out in an orderly matter. I report directly to the supervisor regarding issues as they develop.
