• Create a chronological timeline of our client's stay at various facilities to identify all breaches and deviations in the applicable standards of care and create an explanation of these breaches in the timeline.
• The completed Nursing Report timeline is provided
  to our MD experts for review and is used by the
  attorneys to support our cases against the nursing
  homes in elderly abuse lawsuits.
• Work with attorneys to pinpoint the most important
  breaches in the standards of care & help our clients
  obtain the best outcome possible.
• Provided any additional support needed to attorneys to help them prepare for mediations & court.

• Provided total patient care involving wound care,
  skin care, charting, medication administration, vital
  signs, patient needs, and communication with MDs,
  co-workers, management, & families.
• Performed all documentation on patient care and medication administration.

• Performed assessments on all residents to determine
  their level of care and submit those to the DHC,
  reordered all medications, attended to resident's
  needs, care plans, managed patient/staff
  assignments, provided weekly corporate reports, &
  filled in for staff when needed.

  medication administration, care plan
  implementation, nurse charting/documentation,
  vital signs, communication with MDs/co-workers
  /Families, wound care, & labs.
