I have been involved in education for over 40 years and over that time I have held many roles. I was an elementary teacherer, a preschool teacher, a substitute teacher, an office secretary, and an Intervention teacher. Each job brought a new set of circumstances and expectations, but the end result was always the same for me. I want to see the students I interact with to have a positive feeling for learning and to have a sense of accomplishment when they have completed a task. I want them to be lifelong learners who take pride in what they are able to accomplish.
