I am currently in the resin room bay 2 west. I make resin, compound, carbon black, ink, seal coat. I make sure that i keep the winders going efficiently so that they can make their goal. I also help out in reworks to help fix any damage that may be inside the mandrel tube. Such as hole breakout, rail breakout, scratches on the fwd, or aft end.

• Set up Line 1,4,5,6, Brandes, Dials, Mexico Modern and Modern1 and Haven 2.
• Check parts hourly to make sure they are in tolerance.
• Check quality home page to find out what length to cut pipe.
• Change out tooling as needed.
• Trouble shoot basic mechanical issues on machines.
• Check to make sure parts are of quality standards.
• Run Sap to make labels and move product.
• Know how to run mli to see what product needs to run.
• Efficient in running product in a timely manner.
• I was Quality in Harley Davidson. I had to take measurements with pi tape and table height gauge. Had to make sure that if any defects they were in the safe zone. If able to fix any defects that are in the lower zones we would do that or scrap if in forbidden zone.

• Operated up to 6 machines at a time.
• Checked hourly for flash, length or any type of defects parts may have.
• Used go/no go gauges and od mic etc.
• Pack parts weigh parts and put proper label on.
• Put finished product on pallet.

• Made boxes to slide down conveyor for chicken to be packed in.
• Ran machine to put boxes through glue machine after boxes were packed with chicken.
• Set up machine with Saran wrap to wrap the trays of chicken in.
• Went to lines to make sure chicken was being packed correctly.
• Went to lines to make sure that chicken was being cut correctly.
• Shut down lines if found product not to be of quality standards.
• Checked chlorine levels.
