Completed a 13 week contract with this wonderful magnet-status hospital on their Neurology/Urology unit led by Pam Ashby at the time. Obtained my NIH stroke scale certification while managing a challenging assignment that included severely debilitated stroke patients, traumatic brain injuries and multiple motor vehicle accident cases. I was also floated to their Respiratory Unit and large beautiful Rehabilitation Center.

Floated throughout hospital to Medical-surgical, Oncology, Orthopedics, Stroke/Cardiac, Mental Disorder unit, 24 Hour Observation, Trauma, Pulmonary/Palliative care, Same Day Surgery, Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Behavioral Health, Rehabilitation Center,Mother/Baby and multiple over-flow units.

• Managed and organized patient office visits in a large beautiful doctors office setting. ( was the only ENT in central Delaware at the time). Scheduled and assisted with ear, nose and throat surgeries and procedures in the office. Filled allergy prescriptions. Performed sterilization techniques for surgical instruments as well as making updates to patient's charts. Assisted with Audiology hearing tests and allergy testing.
