I started out as clinical manager, stepped down to nocturnal staff RN, then became charge nurse. I was responsible for overseeing vaccination compliance, staff and patient schedule, monitoring patient labs, plans of care, and supervising other staff on the floor.

As a charge nurse for a 50 station unit, I was responsible for maintaining patient and staff schedule, parient order changes, overseeing several staff memebers, vaccination compliance, TDH reporting, assessing and monitoring patients.
