• Greeted customers, look for their information in the computer system as well as having to add new information if necessary.
• Operate cash register and processed payments by cash, credit card, or debit. Including having to add % discounts when needed.
• Assisted customers in-person and over the phone regarding store operations, product information and order placement.
• Keep records of purchases; maintained orderly of checkout area; restock supplies as needed.
• Assemble clothes orders in numerical order; make sure they’re in the right place.
• Enter picked up orders into the system to make us known in the future that they’ve been picked up already.
