After more than two years working as an RBT, I learned so much about helping people, handling challenging situations, and building meaningful connections with clients and families in a professional and compassionate way. But over time, I also realized something important about myself: what I truly wanted was a career that would allow me to grow in a remote environment, have more flexibility, and build a different future using the skills I’ve already developed. My experience as an RBT taught me discipline, empathy, communication, organization, and the ability to adapt quickly under pressure. Even though my background has mainly been in behavioral health, I’m excited and fully ready to transition into remote work and prove that I can bring the same dedication, reliability, and willingness to learn to any team or role.
