Define and drive editorial strategy for NYT Open, including content mix, voice, and publication roadmap to showcase the company’s technology work.
• Source and develop technical stories in partnership with engineering, product, data science, and design, identifying high impact work for external audiences
• Edit posts end to end from structural development to level clarity while preserving technical accuracy and each author’s voice
• Coach engineers and cross functional contributors through the writing process, co-writing pieces as required, strengthening drafts and building long term writing capability
• Manage the editorial calendar and coordinate publication timing with product launches, research releases, and company priorities
• Partner with design leadership to shape artwork and visuals, and overall presentation of technical content
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, communications, and marketing to align content with broader storytelling and distribution strategy

Past technical lead experience in The Times' comments moderation tools for the newsroom and for The Times' "100 Best Books/Movies" user interaction features.
