Also, address any concerns or questions that staff may have pertaining to the job and present these questions to the committee. I actively participated in the Incentive Awards Work Group, which developed a program to enable us to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Federal Medical Center, Carville Incentive Awards Program. I also started an aerobics exercise program in the Wellness Center.
