First 20 years (Practice Office):

Monthly billing for firm partners and managers. This included maintaining and processing invoices, data entry, reconciling employee time sheets, setting up new clients in our data base, customer service (employee and client) numerous marketing and revenue reports and maintenance of client files.

Last 5 years (Part-time Practice Office and Benefits):

Responsible for the firm wide dental, vision and parking benefits offered to our employees. Managed the billing process of all three programs. Managing employee entering and leaving the benefits programs.

Secretary in Physical Therapy department. Handled sensitive information discreetly, transcribed physical therapist patient notes, provided administrative support for entire department, handled front desk duties, answering phone and greeting out-of- department personnel and outpatient visitors.
