Duties

• Providing technical guidance to customers during pre-sales consultations, addressing Electrical cable types, sizes and their applications
• Addressing all walking-in customer enquiries
• Invoicing and Quoting using SAGE Pastel Evolution
• Managing customer expectations
• Handling all Technical and non-technical complaints
• Root cause analysis for all customer complaints
• Coordinating and supervising Internal Sales Representatives, Order Processors
• Order Processing time management
• Tracking all delays, root cause analysis of all delayed orders and suggesting solutions to improve customer service
• Advising on truck sizes to load electrical cables for customers

Achievements

• Improved overall customer satisfaction by proactively pre-screening customer requirements before buying their cables. This improved service time (in Sales Office) from an average of 15 minutes to 6 minutes per customer.
• Optimized sales processes to enhance efficiency through implementing a Queueing Model that analyze walking-in customer trends and service times.
