I started as an advocate just as everyone else does but shortly after starting I was recognized as being more of a customer service-oriented person and was told I would be beneficial to the launch of the new department with the company. I began training and soon got the hang of it. Shortly after, I was recognized for my performance and being on top of compliance as well as my adherence. I was then offered a Team Coach and Chat Support position to help others grow and succeed with the company as well.
