BayREN, established in 2013, implements regional EE programs in the nine Bay Area counties with the aim to promote healthy and efficient buildings, reduce carbon emissions, and build local government capacity.

• Spearheaded the redesign of the Single Family Home Upgrade Program by partnering with several public, private, non-profit, and research organizations to better align with market needs.
• Led the procurement process for an implementer for the new program through effective execution of RFPs developed with cross-functional feedback.
• Managed partnerships with all nine Bay Area county members, local CCAs, and IOUs to promote the program, layer offerings to customers, and avoid any duplication of efforts through regular check-in and exchange of program data and best practices.
• Spearheaded development of progress reports, budget/FTEs, program materials & memos by collaborating various subject matter experts & stakeholders to be used for internal (Board) and external consumption
• Represented BayREN as a subject matter expert and public spokesperson at conferences and trade events by highlighting program offerings.

ERC is an interdisciplinary public service, research, and special projects organization within the University of Illinois at Chicago that works to improve Energy Efficiency (EE) and the environment

• Led the IL state energy office’s EE planning project which included assigning its annual budget (~$80M) to various EE measures and programs to achieve allocated savings targets (25% of IOUs) within the 3‐year planning period
• Planned and analyzed energy efficiency programs for the state of IL based on historical program performance, future market trends, and sector needs.
• Analyzed new construction projects to assess the clients' conformity with the Building Energy Code and performed energy assessments of existing buildings.
• Prepared reports for client with cost-effective energy reduction strategies, including efficient technologies, building operation upgrades, and building envelope design recommendations.

Smart Energy Design Assistance Center (SEDAC) provides advice and analyses enabling private and public facilities in IL to increase their economic viability through the efficient use of energy resources.

• Led energy assessments of a new construction and existing private and public buildings.
• Coordinated with clients to recommend financially viable Energy Cost Measures based on energy modeling results. Recommendations resulted in energy savings of at least 15%.
• Identified possible funding sources and maintained client relations to ensure implementation of recommendations.
