Team Captain (June 2024 - Current)

• -Develop, implement, and reassess goals and plans for the robotics season competition.
• -Manage over 100 students across all 8 subteams (Mechanical, Electrical, Design, Programming, Strategy, Business Communications, Outreach, and Audio Visual)
• -Promote interdisciplinary communication between subteams, listening to all ideas and integrating them all to reach a goal.

Head Strategy Captain (June 2023 -June 2024 )

• -Represented team 1403 for the FIRST World Robotics Championship and all other Mid-Atlantic competitions.
• -Delegated tasks to members, ensuring that each member could create strategies, select alliance partners, and analyze points.
• -Held the position as human player on drive team, where I communicated with other teams and resolved strategy-based conflicts
• -Designed the strategy whiteboard using Autodesk Illustrator, which was used for all of the competitions

Strategy Member (September 2021-June 2023)

• -Lead Strategist: created winning strategies that have led us to win district events and communicated with other teams and our drive team about strategy
• -Administered the development of the app that was used to collect data during competitions

• Through the Academy at Rutgers for Girls in Engineering & Technology, I was honored to work under the guidance of Dr. Mengfei Chen to learn more about artificial intelligence and its application to aerospace engineering.
