Throught my time in high-school I was always looking for ways to improve myself in sports playing football my whole life and in the real world where I knew soon I would be working hard for myself and my future. All so I could have a head start in life leaving high school to help become successful later in life. When I applied to Chick-fil-A I applied that same hard work and dedication from high school, sports, and previous yard working jobs I did with my father. And used that to be able to get the job, and then in a little over 4 months started training people and a year after that became a team captain. And now I am leading and training team members, Improving the restaurant in the front of the house by creating inviting environments for guests and pushing to increase sales in any major or minor way possible. As well working in the kitchen or as we call the heart of the house, to make sure of a clean food safe environment, cooking and serving the best quality food we can provide. As well using all of these things in life I have attended college at Collin college to pursue my career further studying business and all the works behind owning and managing a business so that one day I can run a business of my own.
