During these 13 years in various nursing roles throughout CRH I became a well rounded nurse with a good understanding of how each of these departments work together to provide excellent patient care. Often our patients start in the ED, possibly go to surgery, and then end their care experience with us on ACU. Through my skills and knowledge I can work well within a team to help provide compassionate and empathetic support to patients and their families during difficult situations.
