Preparing documentation, processes, communication, and to ensure the quality of all goods and services that pass through the warehouse. LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT: 25 years of experience in Production and Third-Party Logistics Management. Experienced with refrigerated storage, distribution timelines, and FDA manufacturing and storage procedures. Review orders, production schedules, shipping and receiving notices to determine work sequences and material shipping dates, types, volumes, or destinations. Experienced in Inventory Management, Safety, Quality Improvements, and Production Schedules. Responsible for forecasting budgets for customer orders and consistently maintained over 100% capacity while focusing on safety and cost savings. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: Responsible for receiving, tracking, reporting, and shipping refrigerated product valued at $3 Million -$4 million. Experienced in using AS400, SAP, data entry into partner sites and databases. Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel. Experienced in setting up, training, and auditing RF Scanning systems and processes. LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE: Served in a leadership role for over 25 years with teams as small as 5 and as many as 20 employees on multiple shifts. Experienced in enforcing company policies and procedures using interpersonal skills with the ability to build team members and identify and solve issues daily. SAFETY & TRAINING: Past roles were responsible for OSHA required safety training in topics such as hazard communication, proper lifting, personal protective equipment, cold stress, ammonia exposure, and blood Bourne pathogens to name a few. Trained ail personnel in MHE (material handling equipment) shipping and receiving procedures. Responsible for certifying forklift operators according to OSHA standards and injury illness reporting and investigation procedures.
