  • Oversaw special events planning including multiple Cast Service Celebration events, an Adventures by Disney breakfast, and an Farm to Feast offsite event from specialty menu creation to day of event coordination.
  • Evaluated cast performance regularly through constructive feedback sessions designed to encourage growth while still recognizing outstanding achievements
  • Collaborated closely with Entertainment Leadership, to achieve shared goals of guest satisfaction and maintain seamless operations
  • Planned Diversity & Inclusion events including a Friendsgiving potluck, a karaoke and board game night, multiple movie nights with movies voted on by the cast, monthly backstage tours, and fun competitions for prizes like our Pumpkin Carving contest.
