I enjoy working out because it helps me stay healthy, boost my mood and gives me a sense of accomplishment.  It allows me to push myself and see progress both physically and mentally which motivates me to continue striving for my fitness goals.  Overall working out is a positive and rewarding part of my routine that enhances my overall well being.
