Managed the successful implementation of Patient Access Applications (Scheduling, Registration, Referrals) across 5+ projects for medium to large healthcare organizations. I have planned large-scale projects, worked with Director and C-Suite level hospital operational stakeholders to design, develop, and implement new front-end workflows for Patient Access applications. Supervised multiple internal and external IT teams through system build, testing, training, and go-lives.

• Oncology Scheduling Product Management – negotiated with Durham Regional Cancer Center over two years to develop a complex scheduling system. Built, tested, trained, and implemented a commonly used inpatient scheduling tool by adapting it to handle complex chemotherapy infusion appointments
• Collaborated with operational leaders to organize physical space/hardware for end users, developed training strategy, and determined security requirements to help front desk users build over 4000 provider schedules
• Led the conversion of 100,000+ appointments across 4 applications (Radiology, Cardiology, Surgery, Outpatient) and 100+ end users. This involved working with Director-Level operations across 7 organizations to coordinate staffing, activity space, hardware, training, and security for manual end user conversion.
• Users & Security + Change Control Lead - Led the implementation of new regional security processes and creation of 20,000+ users by coordinating with 20+ applications and 100+ project team members

• Researched, developed, and implemented an SEO strategy for the company business page that generated over $150,000 in revenue in 6 months and got Optimize Hire ranked #1 on Google Search for numerous desirable searches
• Developed a ticketing system, sales management tool, and project management system using Monday(.com) APIs
• Led a project which translated Optimize Hire’s trademarked pre-employment test into 9 different languages
• Routinely made B2B sales, maintained the company website, and led IT projects

• Worked with Director of Programming and CFO at E! Entertainment to develop a 2018 profitability model that included all media content owned and acquired by the network
• Created standard operating procedures for an existing model that accounted for acquired media
• Developed an idea for new pilot for E! and pitched the presentation to the president and senior executives
