Recruited and led 14 scouts over three workdays; completed 65+ hours of preparation and work to a clear and prepare 2 separate work area, plant shrubs, lay out edging, and place mulch in both areas.

Utilized EDGE Method to teach younger scouts basic life skills - First Aid, Cooking, and Camping Merit Badges. Helped younger scouts earn rank requirements during Monday meetings and monthly campouts.
Worked with Greensboro Academy Middle School Dean to gauge parents’ interest in enrolling children for free math tutoring. Club tutored 40+ middle schoolers and had 20 members, with each member tutoring for 1-3 hours/week. Held weekly meetings with club members to address scheduling conflicts between tutors and students, brainstormed ways to grow the club, and provided teaching methods to effectively cater to different learning styles.
